The Grupo Pellas Corporate Center sits just outside the historical center of Managua, in the city’s growing financial district, and at eleven stories tall, the complex is the home one of Central America’s most prominent corporations. DMJM (Spillis Candela DMJM) provided master planning, architecture, engineering, interior design, and graphics/signage services for the project. A new landmark in the city, the building is the first high-rise building constructed in the area since the devastating earthquake of 1972. The corporate center is the largest office complex in Nicaragua and integrates under the same roof the many companies that make up the Grupo Pellas. Retail operations for several of Groupo Pellas companies take place within the two-story tower base, which also incorporates underground parking for 500+ cars. Projected to receive in excess of one thousand office workers, the Grupo Pellas tower contains 225,000 square feet of office space. |
